Full Cast Announced for New Musical GROUNDHOG DAY at the Old Vic

Full casting is today announced for the world premiere of the new musical GROUNDHOG DAY, which previews at the Old Vic from July 11 with a press night on August 16. San Diego High School Selected to Present the Regional World Premiere of PROSPECT HIGH: BROOKLYN

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) and Education at Roundabout (Jennifer DiBella, Director of Education) are pleased to announce that San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts in San Diego, CA will present the regional premiere of PROSPECT HIGH: BROOKLYN. Written by Daniel Robert Sullivan and a team of New York City teenagers, Prospect High: Brooklyn was developed in partnership with Education at Roundabout and the Fox Foundation Resident Actor Fellowships. The play will have its world premiere in 23 high school productions across the country, September 2015 - May 2016. The high school will present the play at 2:30 PM on May 19th, and at 7:00 PM on May 19th, 20th, and 21st at the Ole Kittleson Little Theatre, located at 2425 Dusk Dr., San Diego, CA 92139. RISE BAR is seeking its next RISING STAR! Hosted by Broadway's Marty Thomas (Xanadu, The Secret Garden, Wicked), the RISING STAR competition begins Sunday March 6! The contestants will be competing in a 10 week elimination style contest for a $1000 cash prize and paid bookings at RISE Bar with their respective solo show. In addition to its cash and prize package, RISING STAR is offering networking opportunities with guest celebrity judges, fantastic exposure and valuable live stage experience. The winner will receive a headshot package by Claire Buffie photography. They will also receive a demo package provided by Yasuhiko Fukuoka. Paper Mill Playhouse will partner with The Harmony Show Choir and the RockNRoll Chorus for a three-stop-only tour, Vocal Ovation, A Show Choir Extravaganza this May. The evening will feature performances by the Paper Mill Playhouse Broadway Show Choir, The Harmony Show Choir and the RockNRoll Chorus. Baltimore & UK High Schools Partner to Present London Premiere of PROSPECT HIGH: BROOKLYN

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) and Education at Roundabout (Jennifer DiBella, Director of Education) are pleased to announce that Baltimore School for the Arts in the US and Showdown Theatre Arts in the UK will present the London premiere of PROSPECT HIGH: BROOKLYN. Written by Daniel Robert Sullivan and a team of New York City teenagers, Prospect High: Brooklyn was developed in partnership with Education at Roundabout and the Fox Foundation Resident Actor Fellowships. The play is in the midst of a Rolling World Premiere in 23 high school productions across the US, September 2015 - September 2016, but this will be the very first international production.
