This coming weekend New Canaan Town Players Stage II will present Robert Hawkins's Quiet! Three Ladies Laughing!, a play that is as inimitable as the story behind it.

Beginning May 14th, NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale will present House of Glackens, an insider's look into the domestic and creative spheres of the William J. Glackens' family, a tight-knit brood made up of patriarch William (1870-1938), mother Edith Dimock (1876-1955), son Ira (1907-1990) and daughter Lenna (1913-1943). 

This summer, in partnership with NYU Florence, New York City Opera will bring The Garden of the Finzi-Continis to Florence, Italy for two exclusive performances of selected scenes at the historic Villa La Pietra.

Sarasota Opera has announced the lineup for the 2023 Summer Classic Movies at the Opera House. The Classic Movies at the Opera House series featuring many beloved movies will open on Friday, May 12th at 7:30 pm with 2001: A Space Odyssey. Throughout the summer and into the fall, featured movies will include films ranging from the 1930's to the 1990's. Tickets will be $12 and will go on sale starting on Wednesday, May 3. New York City Opera will present a season of four free, live performances this summer as part of their Park Series in Bryant Park Picnic Performances presented by Bank of America. Each performance features City Opera's brightest stars as well as members of the City Opera orchestra and will begin at 7pm on the Bryant Park Stage.

The Frist Art Museum presents Beatrix Potter: Drawn to Nature, the first exhibition to tell the broader life story of the beloved English author and illustrator. Organized by London's Victoria and Albert Museum—home to the world's largest collection of Potter's artworks—the exhibition will be on view from April 7 through September 17, 2023.

“The Woman from Hamburg” producer Elle Kurata and director Michael Masarof are pleased to cast Broadway’s Pearl Scarlett Gold as Young Helusia. The film will also feature, lauded actress Jenette Goldstein (Titanic, Aliens, and Lethal Weapon 2) and Einat Holland an Israeli actress known for her work in the Israeli television show, Dismissed.
