Act II Playhouse announces their latest stage musical, “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change,” with book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro and music by Jimmy Roberts. The show runs May 3 through June 5. 

Yale Repertory Theatre will conclude its 2022 season with Between Two Knees. The play, written by the intertribal sketch comedy troupe The 1491s and directed by Eric Ting, is presented with Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Between Two Knees will be performed May 12–June 4 at Yale Repertory Theatre (1120 Chapel Street).

TheatreWorks Silicon Valley will present Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winner August Wilson’s sweeping drama Gem of the Ocean. This seminal classic will be directed by Artistic Director Tim Bond, a close friend of the late playwright and a leading interpreter of his work, making his TheatreWorks directorial debut with this play.

RED BULL THEATER will present “To Sing a Song that Old Was Sung,” a new RemarkaBULL Podversation with Raphael Nash Thompson, on Monday, October 4th at 7:30 PM EDT.  Thompson will join host Nathan Winkelstein, and special guest Jesse Berger, Red Bull’s  Founder & Artistic Director, for a conversation focused on Shakespeare’s Pericles.

The Wilma Theater has announced the world premiere digital production of James Ijames' FAT HAM, a contemporary adaptation of Shakespeare's HAMLET, set in the American South.

Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater announces its lineup of Winter classes featuring classes catered to families, theater lovers, students, adults and emerging theater artists. In the United States, Rogue Machine Theatre will present the reading from Los Angeles on Friday, September 18th at 8pm.
