Following a milestone anniversary year, Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival will celebrate its 91st season this summer.

The March installment of the Martha Graham Dance Company's popular Studio Series features a conversation with the dynamic choreographic team Baye & Asa as they complete a new work for the Company just a few weeks before its premiere. A rehearsal showing of the work-in-progress will be part of the evening.

The Trisha Brown Dance Company (TBDC) returns to The Joyce Theater (May 2-7) with a new program featuring its first choreographic commission, Let’s talk about bleeding, by Cuban-born artist and former TBDC dancer Judith Sánchez Ruíz.

Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company will be featured as part of the Marietta College Ebenshade Series on April 2, 2023 at 7pm at The Peoples Bank Theatre, 222 Putnam St, Marietta, OH.

Rennie Harris and his company, Puremovement are performing the choreographer’s influential work, 'Rennie Harris presents: Rome & Jewels' at the Joyce Theater in celebration of the company’s 30th Anniversary.

Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company Executive Director Andy Chiang will be joined by Deborah Damast, Clinical Associate Professor and Program Director of NYU's Dance Education Program, to discuss the work of Nai-Ni Chen at the New York Public Library.

Parsons Dance (David Parsons, Artistic Director) returns to The Joyce Theater for its annual two-week season, from Wednesday, March 15 through Sunday, March 26.  

The world-renowned Martha Graham Dance Company returns to The Joyce Theater with three exciting programs April 18–30, 2023. The season features world premieres by Baye & Asa and Annie Rigney, Hofesh Shechter's high-energy CAVE, and the mesmerizing Canticle for Innocent Comedians, a multi-choreographer work directed by Sonya Tayeh featuring an original score by jazz great Jason Moran.

The Joyce Theater Foundation has announced the opening of its Spring 2023 season with a powerhouse performance from the world-famous Batsheva Dance Company performing in house choreographer Ohad Naharin’s Hora.

On Jan. 30 at 7:30pm, The Joyce Theater will be home to Destiny Rising, an evening of dance to benefit the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation's college scholarship program, which to date, has awarded $4.5 million to over 400 talented teenage dancers all over the US, currently represented in 40+ of the most prestigious dance programs across the country.

Hubbard Street Dance Chicago (HSDC) will present the second programs of its 45th anniversary season: Elements, featuring several World and Company Premieres and acclaimed revivals. The 2022/23 Season 45: Sapphire Season continues with HSDC's Spring Series at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (220 E. Chicago Ave.) which will run March 23–April 2 with two mixed repertory performances, each performed four times. 

A Wonderful World, A New Musical about the Life and Loves of Louis Armstrong will premiere in New Orleans and Chicago this fall, with Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart starring as Armstrong. See additional details, and how to purchase tickets!

The American Tap Dance Foundation's First Friday Film Festival will take place on Friday, February 3 at 7pm ET, with American Tap Dance Orchestra in Concert, livestreamed. Registration and link can be found at Shows & Events. Fee: $5.00.

The Joyce Theater Foundation celebrates the 45th anniversary of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago with its first return engagement in three years. The aptly-titled evening of diverse offerings, Sapphire Season, will play The Joyce Theater from February 14-19.

The Moving Memory Project will return in 2023 for an in-person presentation of works by NYC-based dance artists, presented under the title Sense Memory.
