The Met Opera brings magic and splendor to cinemas across the country with The Met: Live in HD. 

Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) present a trio of works at Sadler's Wells on Wednesday 19 - Saturday 22 April. The three works in this UK premiere span continents and contemporary, global issues.

What is it about the magic of theatre that makes our hearts race? When are we so immersed in the show that we lose track of time? Do we all shed a tear at the same moment, and do we collectively hold our breath? Bristol Old Vic and a team of researchers in neuropsychology from across Bristol and Bath want to find out.

Award-winning, international touring company Complicité (The Encounter, Can I Live?) has announced the full casting for the world premiere of a new work for the theatre Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead, conceived and directed by their Artistic Director and Co-Founder Simon McBurney.

Toby Jones, Harriet Walter and Noah Alexander to star in The Dark Is Rising from the BBC World Service, adapted by writer Robert Macfarlane and Complicité's Simon McBurney

The Metropolitan Opera has announced the launch of The Met: Live at Home, a streaming platform that allows audiences to watch the Met’s acclaimed series of live simulcasts from any device in the comfort of their homes—the latest effort by the company to reach as broad a public as possible.

The Met: Live in HD, the Metropolitan Opera's award-winning series of live high-definition cinema broadcasts, distributed in the UK by Trafalgar Releasing, will begin its 16th season this October with a live broadcast of Cherubini's rarely performed Medea.  From October 2022 – June 2023, ten incredible performances will be broadcast live from the Met stage in New York to cinemas worldwide. 

ALI, a new musical celebrating the life and legacy of the heavyweight boxing champion and humanitarian Muhammad Ali is being developed for Broadway. 

Mercury Theatre has announced the full cast for their pantomime this Christmas, Beauty and the Beast, written by Andrew Pollard and directed by Olivier Award-winning Donnacadh O'Briain.

Theatre for a New Audience has announced its 2022-23 season, its 43rd, held at TFANA’s home, Polonsky Shakespeare Center in Brooklyn.

Dickson Mbi presents the London premiere of Enowate in Sadler's Wells Theatre on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 October as part of the Well Seasoned programme to celebrate Black dancemakers. 

The international touring company Complicité will present a new work for the theatre Drive Your Plow Over the Bones of the Dead, directed by Simon McBurney. Previewing at Theatre Royal Plymouth in December 2022, the production will run at the Barbican London, and a UK and international tour.
