THE RIDE'S Author/Director/Co-CEO/CCO, Richard Humphrey, has assembled a 14-piece orchestra to record the original score for THE RIDE 2.0, a gloriously reimagined and updated show on wheels, which will celebrate its World Premiere on Thursday, July 14 to usher in New York's Post-Covid Acoustics of Optimism and Romance.

NYC entertainment staple THE RIDE has announced, EYES ON NEW YORK, a new experiential entertainment in THE RIDE's global tradition of family fun.

On Tuesday, February 25, 2020, THE RIDE, the experiential sightseeing theatrical tour/phenomenon, will welcome its one millionth RIDER on its 28,545th performance.

The ICONIC 8th Year HOLIDAY RIDE is now on sale as THE RIDE prepares for a repeat of last Season's ticket-buying frenzy.

Approaching its 27,000 performance, the spectacular, immersive, interactive, experiential phenomenon, THE RIDE will be in bewitching masquerade for this Halloween Season.

On Sunday, April 21st, THE RIDE, the experiential sightseeing theatrical tour/phenomenon, and its family of New York-based productions, celebrated its 25,250th performance and its 840,000 RIDERS.

The ICONIC 7th Year HOLIDAY RIDE will premiere on today, November 15, 2018 and will dazzle audiences until Sunday, January 6, 2019.

In summer 2010, something described in a Variety article as a 'melding of a Broadway show and a Gray Line bus tour' was announced and I was very confused. And maybe appalled. In late fall of that year, when the giant buses labelled THE RIDE hit the streets, none of these feelings subsided. Now, seven years later, THE RIDE is a hard-to-describe but well-known fixture on New York City streets, even being parodied on THE SIMPSONS and, more recently, DIFFICULT PEOPLE. Yet, despite the long lines to board, it still has yet to make money.

Approaching its 16,000th performance, the spectacular, immersive, interactive, experiential phenomenon, THE RIDE, will be in bewitching masquerade for this Halloween Season from Monday, October 2 through Tuesday, October 31.
