The Imitator's premiere in New York is SOLD OUT. Due to popular demand, a new performance has been scheduled for Sunday, April 21st, offering the New York public another chance to experience the show. 

The animation studio from Hayao Miyazaki and Toshio Suzuki who has made such films as Spirited Away and 2023's The Boy and the Heron, will receive the Honorary Palme d’Or award at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. The Cannes Film Festival is an annual festival taking place in France, which showcases new films of all genres. In its 77th year, the upcoming festival will be on May 14 and 15.

The Imitator will be receiving its U.S. premiere at this year’s UNITED SOLO FESTIVAL, but Julián has already performed it for sixth seasons in Madrid, Las Vegas’ prestigious Bellagio Hotel and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

At the closing ceremony of the 77th Cannes Film Festival, George Lucas will receive the Honorary Palme d’Or award, following Harrison Ford in 2023. In addition to the Star Wars franchise, Lucas directed American Graffiti and co-created the Indiana Jones films alongside friend and collaborator Steven Spielberg.

Oscar award-winning movie producer Joseph Fioretti, who is best known for Down and Out in America and Baghdad ER, will present a new art exhibition entitled Fioretti•Family, Friends & Flowers, devoted to supporting humanitarian efforts in Ukraine from March 15th – March 29th at the Ukrainian Institute of America.

At its heart, Middle of the World is something of an unexpected love story between a fallen socialist leader from Ecuador and a young, driven Black finance executive. Middle of the World feels like an elegy, evoking the bittersweet, numbing ache of loss and betrayal. It invokes a sense of loss of an identity, a family, a country.

SHURIKA is written and directed by Kevin Grevioux (Underworld, I Frankenstein, King of Killers, now in release via Lion’s Gate) and produced by Moshe Diamant, whose many credits include The Protege, starring Michael Keaton, Maggie Q and Samuel L. Jackson, Memory, starring Liam Neeson, Guy Pearce and Taj Atwal, and more.
