Brennyn Lark and Phindile Wilson Will Sing At Westchester Pride

For the fourth year in a row, Broadway Sings for Pride will lend their musical talents to Westchester Pride 2019 in White Plains, NY! On Sunday, June 2, 2019, Broadway Sings for Pride cast members Brennyn Lark (Broadway's Les Miserables 2014 Revival, West End's Dreamgirls) and Phindile Wilson (Disney's The Lion King United States, Madrid, Brazil and Hong Kong Tours, Helen Hayes Award nominee) will showcase their singing at Westchester Pride sponsored by The LOFT: LGBT Community Services Center! Expect to hear Broadway favorites to pop hits. Broadway Sings for Pride will be performing around 1:00pm on the Westchester Pride stage which is at the intersection of Main Street and Mamaroneck Avenue facing Renaissance Plaza in White Plains, NY. The event will happen rain or shine.
Randy Rainbow Returns to The Ridgefield Playhouse June 13 and 14

Back after a sold out show last year, Randy Rainbow returns to The Ridgefield Playhouse for two nights on Thursday, June 13 & Friday, June 14 at 8pm. Randy Rainbow is a comedian, actor, singer, writer and satirist best known for his popular series of musical parodies and political spoofs, which have garnered him international acclaim and millions of views for his viral videos. This show is part of the Ridgefield Magazine Broadway & Cabaret Series and Barts Tree Service Comedy Series.
Broadway Sings For Pride Announces FEARLESS Annual Pride Event

Award-winning non for profit, Broadway Sings for Pride, will host its 9th annual Pride benefit event, "Fearless", on Monday, June 24, 2019. The event will be held at the Goldman-Sonnenfeldt Family Auditorium at the JCC Manhattan at 7:30pm. For the second year in a row, the full show will be live streamed.
Andy Cohen to Receive Vito Russo Award at the 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards

GLAAD, the world's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) media advocacy organization, announced today that it will honor Emmy Award-winning host, producer, and author Andy Cohen with the Vito Russo Award at the 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York City on May 4, 2019. The award will be presented by Cohen's longtime friend and LGBTQ ally Sarah Jessica Parker. They join previously announced honoree Madonna, who will become the first woman ever to receive GLAAD's Advocate for Change Award. Cast members from FX's “Pose,” Samantha Bee and CNN journalist Don Lemon will also appear at the New York event.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the cult classic film Cruel Intentions, producers have announced the casting for the North American tour of the Off-Broadway smash hit Cruel Intentions: The 90s Musical. Following sold-out runs in Los Angeles and a critically acclaimed, sold-out run in New York City, the new musical - a stage adaptation of Roger Kumble's 1999 cult-hit film, created by Jordan Ross, Lindsey Rosin & Roger Kumble - will launch its first national tour at Proctors in Schenectady, NY on March 29, 2019.
