New York City's Ensemble for the Romantic Century (ERC) returns to the Berkshires for the third consecutive summer with the regional premiere of the theatrical concert Van Gogh's Ear. In partnership with the American Institute for Economic Research and the Clark Art Institute, the 10-day, 12-performance series of Van Gogh's Ear complements Clark's art exhibition Van Gogh and Nature and features a special pre-performance discussion August 25th led by the Clark's curator at large, Richard Kendall.

Museum of the Moving Image is pleased to present a special 30th anniversary screening of Sesame Street Presents Follow that Bird, the 1985 film that starred Big Bird in his first big-screen role. The screening on Sunday, July 19, at 1:00 p.m. will be introduced by Emilio Delgado who plays Luis on Sesame Street and Craig Shemin, President of The Jim Henson Legacy and the curator of the monthly Museum series Jim Henson's World.

On September 26, the Long Beach Playhouse opens its 87th Mainstage Season. This year's season is a celebration of authors and their finest works with classics including Pygmalion, The Mousetrap, A Raisin in the Sun and Around the World in 80 Days. The season opens with Lanford Wilson's comedy classic, Hot L Baltimore on September 26, 2015. The season curtain falls on August 6, 2016 with the musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. In between are six plays, including a two-weekend run of A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens.

Actors Co-op is thrilled to announce its fifth and final show in its 2014-2015 season (and 23rd year of producing theatrical excellence in Los Angeles!) with AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 DAYS, by Mark Brown (based on the novel by Jules Verne), produced by Thomas Chavira and directed by Rhonda Kohl. After a huge volume of submissions and a lengthy selection process, the writers who will be showcased at British Musical Futures have been chosen. They are Stephanie Amies & Teddy Clements, Nick Barstow, Tim Connor, Ben Frost & Richard Hough, Tim Gilvin and John Kristian. The evening will be hosted by award-winning writing partnership George Stiles and Anthony Drewe and will take place on 19th April 2015 at the St James Studio. The cast for the concert will feature a number of West End stars, led by Emma Williams and Aaron Sidwell.
