Actors Co-op takes 'pride' in announcing its third show in its 2014-2015 season (and 23rd year of producing theatrical excellence in Los Angeles!) with the unforgettable classic, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, written by Helene Jerome, based on the novel by Jane Austen and directed by Linda Kerns.

A series of journal entries may work well as a literary device but as a theatrical endeavor it tends to fall flat. Unfortunately, Village Theatre's current stage interpretation of Jules Verne's famous novel "Around the World in 80 Days" falls into the latter category as the storytelling gets itself mired in such a passive voice that it just wasn't very interesting.

Marin Theatre Company presents Around the World in 80 Days by Toby Hulse, based on the book by Jules Verne, as part of MTC's Theater Series for Young Audiences. Directed by Daunielle Rasmussen, the production runs tonight, January 9 - 18, 2015.
