Producers James L. Nederlander, Estefan Enterprises, Inc and Bernie Yuman have announced complete casting for the First National Tour of the Broadway musical ON YOUR FEET!, starring Cuban-American Broadway actress Christie Prades as seven-time GRAMMY-winning international superstar Gloria Estefan, and acclaimed stage and television actor Mauricio Martinez, playing her 19-time Grammy-winning producer and husband Emilio Estefan.

Single tickets for most shows in the Fabulous Fox Theatre's 2017 - 2018 U.S. Bank Broadway Series shows will go on sale Today, September 5 at 10:00 a.m. 

The third annual Broadway Back to School, benefitting theatre education programs for underserved schools, takes place September 24 at Feinstein's/54 Below. The Fox Theatre is pleased to announce the Marquee Club presented by Lexus appointments of Executive Chef Marquee Club Alfredo Rodriguez and Marquee Club Manager Paul Delgado, effective immediately. Slated to open fall 2017, the Marquee Club will be a premier membership club with over 10,000 square feet of premium space, which is accessible only for ticketed guests of Fox Theatre events with an annual membership or a single-event pass. The Marquee Club will be open before and during Fox Theatre events, as well as immediately after select events.

The Kennedy Center Honors is an annual celebration held to honor those in the arts for a lifetime of contributions to American culture. Beginning in 1978, the honors are held annually in the Kennedy Center Opera House.

After 780 performances in New York (34 previews and 746 regular performances), the Broadway production of ON YOUR FEET! played its final performance at the Marquis Theatre yesterday, August 20, 2017, ahead of the show's 80-week First National Tour and International Premiere, both kicking off this fall.

One Way Trip to Mars - A Rock Opera makes its world theatrical premiere at the Waterville Opera House August 24 through 27. One Way Trip to Mars is a Broadway bound spectacular, musical and cinematic production that takes audiences on a virtual journey into space and the surface of Mars. The story is told entirely through songs written by Maine musicians Peter Alexander and Johannah Harkness and is directed by Dennis St. Pierre. International recording sensation Fantine will star as "Casssandra," the lead female role and is joined on stage by a cast of professional New York actors, and supported by an 11-piece rock orchestra. The Dutch production of ON YOUR FEET! is scheduled to start previews on October 18, with an official opening date set for October 29, at the Beatrix Theater in Utrecht.

On Your Feet, the Gloria Estefan bio-musical closes today, August 20, after a nearly two year run at the Marquis Theatre. The show will launch a national tour this fall, with plans to also run abroad.
