Broadway talents including Amber Iman (Hamilton), Kristolyn Lloyd (Dear Evan Hansen), and Alysha Umphress (American Idiot) complete the lineup for the next installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, honoring singer-songwriter John Legend. Cast members from Broadway shows including Frozen, Wicked, Kinky Boots, and Mean Girls will sing completely new arrangements of the hits of the American singer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations of his music.

Callum Francis, star of the UK and Australian Tours of Boots, will make his Broadway debut as 'Lola' in the Tony Award-winning musical at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street) beginning on Friday, January 11, 2019.

The starry lineup is set for the fourth concert in the new Broadway Sings spinoff series, Broadway Sings: Unplugged. On November 26 at 7pm and 9:30pm, The Green Room 42 will present Unplugged: Sara Bareilles, featuring original "unplugged" arrangements of the singer-songwriter's hits, orchestrated for an acoustic band.

The acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series will continue on December 3 at 8pm, honoring singer-songwriter John Legend with a bombshell cast of Broadway stars including Eden Espinosa (Brooklyn), J. Harrison Ghee (Kinky Boots) and Solea Pfeiffer (Hamilton). The one-night-only concert will feature completely new arrangements of the hits of the American singer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations of his music.

Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that the Tony Award-winning, record-shattering Broadway production of Kinky Boots will play its final performance on April 7, 2019. At the time of its closing, the musical will be the 25th longest-running production in Broadway history, having played 2,507 regular performances and 34 previews.

Singers from Japan to England and back again joined together to showcase their talents. Joshua even enjoyed some very special birthdays serenades's from Jaime Cepero and Margaret Kelly. Last night, fifteen Broadway stars were featured in Broadway Sings Alanis Morissette, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings concert series. The tribute concerts take the music of well-known music icons and create new, unique arrangements and orchestrations by twisting the style to fit the strength of the performer. Previous seventeen concerts have included Adele, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake, and Rihanna. On December, the Highline Ballroom series will continue with Broadway Sings John Legend.

On the Television show 'Lets Make A Deal' you're only a winner if you open one door. At Birdland last night you were a winner no matter what door you opened. On the legendary Jazz Stage it was John Pizzarelli with The Swing 7, arguably the most talented guitarist/vocalist/comic performer on the planet. The door to the new Birdland Theater brought you into Susie Mosher's Lineup. A room full of celebs and lucky New Yorkers got to see an 'insane' guest list of phenomenal performers in her wild, semi structured variety show. Both doors at Birdland led you to superlative entertainment last night but the surprise guests direct from the Broadway Stage of Waitress, Erich Bergen (Jersey Boys, Madame Secretary) and Katharine McPhee ( TV, Smash, Scorpion) made you a winner if you also chose the door to the Birdland Theater.
