OPERA America has announced the winners of the inaugural Awards for Digital Excellence in Opera. The Awards for Digital Excellence in Opera recognize the best work created for digital platforms by individual producers and organizations in the U.S. and Canada, in four categories: Artistic Creation, Education/Enrichment Material, University/Conservatory Projects, and Noteworthy Projects.

Tony Award winner and A.C.T. favorite, Bill Irwin, returns to American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) this fall with a limited engagement of On Beckett, Irwin's acclaimed exploration of Irish writer and playwright Samuel Beckett.

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today casting for the World Premiere of the new musical The Butcher Boy, featuring book, music & lyrics by Asher Muldoon. The Butcher Boy will begin previews on the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage on July 21, 2022 and is set to open on August 1 for a limited run through September 11, 2022.

American Son is a collaboration with The English Theatre Frankfurt, Germany.
