Birdland will present singer Ari Axelrod in concert on Monday, January 29. Most recently seen at Paper Mill Playhouse in their critically acclaimed production of Fiddler on the Roof, performer Ari Axelrod returned to his artistic home to debut a new show.

Although still in their early 20s, Joie Bianco and Bryce Edwards handle their material with the ease and know-how of performers who’ve been around the block many more times. And their comfort level with repertoire from many decades ago is quite something to behold. 

The Daniel Glass Trio: Daniel Glass (drums), Sean Harkness (guitar), Michael O'Brien (bass) brought their show featuring a tribute to the American tradition of tap dance, songbook standards, and swing to the Birdland Theater in NYC. Guest performers included Broadway & Film singer/dancer Luke Hawkins and Nightclub & Concert singer Eddie Wakes.
