For the sixth year (and the first since before COVID), Rover Dramawerks will present a festival of 10-minute comedies. Selected from over 250 plays submitted blind from playwrights all over the world, eleven short plays will be presented April 11-20.

Thoughtcrimes, the Long Island-born five-piece who Alternative Press placed at the top of their list of new hardcore bands, will release their highly-anticipated full-length album, Altered Pasts. Produced by Mike Watts, the 11-song collection is previewed with the release of “Keyhole Romance,” and its accompanying Tom Flynn directed video.

On Tuesday, May 24th the Board of Directors of the Memphis Development Foundation, the 501c3 nonprofit organization that operates the Orpheum Theatre and the Halloran Centre for Performing Arts & Education, unanimously voted to change its name to Orpheum Theatre Group. The organization also voted on a revised mission statement and new branding that better represents its vision and multi-venue status.
