Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts has announced the cast and crew of Anna in the Tropics, winner of the 2003 Pulitzer Prize and the second show of the 2022 Mainstage Season, with previews starting June 28.

The beloved novel From The Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler by E.L. Konigsberg is becoming a new family musical for the theatrical stage. Adam Ben-David (Music), Jessica Penzias (Book), and Christyn Budzyna (Lyrics) will receive a 29-hour reading in New York City on May 16, 2022, at the JCC Manhattan.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the ever-hysterical comedians Paula Poundstone, Colin Quinn, and Preacher Lawson will be live on the Bay Street stage as part of the return of Comedy Club, Bay Street’s showcase of talented comedians and storytellers. During Memorial Day Weekend, on Saturday, May 28, at 8 p.m., the ever-popular Paula Poundstone returns with her patented observational humor and spontaneous wit. PREMIERES NYC has announced the expansion of its bi-annual commissioning series INNER VOICES with the New York premiere production of Los Otros, a musical in one act with book & lyrics by Tony Award nominee Ellen Fitzhugh (Grind, Paradise Found) and music by five-time Tony Award nominee Michael John LaChiusa (The Wild Party, Giant).

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts will present The Grift, an immersive, site-specific theater experience throughout Sag Harbor village. The Grift is conceived, written, and directed by Tom Salamon, and premiered in San Diego in 2015 before opening to acclaim in London in 2018. Performances begin Thursday, March 17, and continue through Sunday, April 3, with six shows each week.

Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning American playwright August Wilson’s play “Radio Golf” will officially open the 2021-2022 mainstage season at Gulfshore Playhouse. Directed by Marshall Jones III, “Radio Golf” will play at Gulfshore Playhouse beginning Nov. 11 through Dec. 5, 2021.
