Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts will present sweeping array of bold and diverse programming for the fall/winter of its 2023/2024 Season.

November 2022 offerings at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts will include the return of  the Broadway @ The Wallis concert series, hosted and music-directed by SiriusXM Radio star Seth Rudetsky, featuring internationally acclaimed Tony, Obie, and Emmy Award-winner Lillias White, and much more.

The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts has announced a robust and distinctive range of performances, programs, and events for the 2022/2023 season, including two world premieres, one U.S. premiere, one West Coast Premiere, and one Los Angeles Premiere, featuring groundbreaking produced and presented works in theater, dance, music, film, cabaret, conversation, and family entertainment.

Complexions Contemporary Ballet, a “matchless American dance company” (Philadelphia Inquirer), makes its Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts debut with three performance on April 14, 15 and 16, 2022, 7:30 pm, in the Bram Goldsmith Theater.

Piano virtuoso Suzana Bartal, considered one of the foremost pianists of her generation, returns to the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts with the acclaimed Calder Quartet to present a program of contemporary and timeless string quartets and piano quintets.

The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and Mark Cortale will present the return of the internationally acclaimed Broadway @ The Wallis Concert Series with Tony Award-winner Kelli O'Hara and hosted/music directed by SiriusXM Radio star Seth Rudetsky on Saturday, April 2, 7 pm, in The Wallis’ Bram Goldsmith Theater.

DCINY expands its collaboration with innovative young composer and two-time Grammy Award- winner Christopher Tin with an exhilarating night of Tin's music at Carnegie Hall. The Drop of Dawn on Sunday, April 13 at 8:30 pm, unites two large-scale, multi-lingual choral and orchestral works: the world premiere of The Drop That Contained The Sea, and a performance of Tin's acclaimed Calling All Dawns, whose opening movement, "Baba Yetu," made history as the first piece of music written for a video game to win a Grammy Award. Performing with the Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and Singers International, which features outstanding choruses chosen from across the US, Canada and England, and conducted by DCINY Artistic Director Jonathan Griffith, is an array of spectacular singers and world music artists including mezzo-sopranos Jacqueline Horner-Kwiatek (of Anonymous 4) and Charity Dawson, tenor Saum Eskandani, Indian Classical vocalist Roopa Mahadevan, Mongolian pop star Nominjin, and Portuguese fado singer Nathalie Pires. The Drop That Contained The Sea will also be released on CD and iTunes on May 8, with pre-orders available starting April 13 on ChristopherTin.com.

Seth Rudetsky's DISASTER, A 1970's disaster movie musical; written by Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick, directed/choreographed by Denis Jones with music direction by Steve Marzullo, will close tonight at The Triad (158 West 72nd Street). The show began on January 22.
