From the producers of Neighbors and the co-screenwriter of Crazy Rich Asians, Joy Ride stars Ashley Park, Sherry Cola, Oscar® nominee Stephanie Hsu, and Sabrina Wu as four friends who embark on a once-in-a-lifetime wild and debaucherous international adventure.

Cast slated to appear in the series will include Rosanna Arquette (Florida Man, Love is Love is Love), Melinda McGraw (Mad Men and The Dark Knight), Frank Grillo (Kingdom, Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard), Dennis Haysbert (Lucifer, The Unit), and Dee Wallace (E.T., Cujo).

The series also comes from executive producers Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Loreli Alanis (Point Grey Pictures); Megan Ellison (Annapurna); Michael Sagol, Bert Hamelinck (Caviar) The series will be produced by Caviar and by Rogen and Goldberg through their overall deal with Lionsgate.

In this series from Seth Rogen and Sarah Silverman, intrepid elf Candy Smalls (Silverman) will do anything to be named as the first female Santa – even if she has to fight like a man to get it. The cast of the new series also features Leslie Grossman, Gabourey Sidibe, Craig Robinson, Nicholas Braun, Maria Bamford and Joel Kim Booster.

The uncensored trailer for the anticipated Amazon Original series The Boys was revealed today on Reddit by Garth Ennis, writer and co-creator of the original comic book series. The subversive superhero series will debut July 26 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in more than 200 countries and territories. The Boys will make its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival Monday, April 29.

Variety reports that Hulu has renewed “Future Man” its third and final season. The season will consist of eight episodes.

Global content leader Lionsgate  kicked off its CinemaCon presentation to exhibitors by announcing a joint venture with Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, partner James Weaver and their Point Grey Pictures (PGP) to produce multi-platform content.
