On Monday evening, May 3, New Repertory Theatre will hold its annual Gala celebration virtually, themed “Technical Difficulties.” This year’s event promises to be an exciting evening of electrifying performances, entertainment, stellar honorees and all-too-relatable glitches, all with a fun digital twist.

New Repertory Theatre To Present Open Captioned Performances


New Repertory Theatre, the professional theatre company in residence at the Mosesian Center for the Arts, is proud to announce one Open Captioned performance at each of their six productions in the 2019-2020 season. Support for Open Captioning is provided in part by Theatre Development Fund (TDF). This project is supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts.

New Repertory Theatre Announces Leadership Change


New Repertory Theatre, the professional theatre company in residence at the Mosesian Center for the Arts, announces that Artistic Director Jim Petosa will step down from his leadership position (held since 2012) at the end of the 2018-2019 Season. He will next direct We Will Not Be Silent, opening in October, which will be the last production he directs during his tenure as artistic director.

Becoming Dr. Ruth will replace Vieux Carre as the final production during the season, a compelling one-woman show about the world's most famous sex therapist, Dr. Ruth Westheimer.
