On Tuesday evening, May 5, New Repertory Theatre will hold its annual Gala celebration at the historic Commander's Mansion at the Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown. Themed a?oethe Soaring '20sa??, this year's event promises to be an exciting evening featuring a sit-down dinner with exquisite food and drink, and a live performance by Broadway legend Alton Fitzgerald White.

New Repertory Theatre, the professional theatre company in residence at the Mosesian Center for the Arts, is proud to announce one Open Captioned performance at each of their six productions in the 2019-2020 season. Support for Open Captioning is provided in part by Theatre Development Fund (TDF). This project is supported in part by an award from the National Endowment for the Arts.

New Repertory Theatre is excited to announce that Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill will join their 2019-2020 MainStage season. The production runs March 28 ? New Repertory Theatre is announcing the addition of the Tony Award- winning Hair: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical to their 2019-2020 MainStage season. Bobbitt joins New Rep after twelve years as Artistic Director of Adventure Theatre-MTC (Musical Theatre Center) in Maryland, where he led the organization to be one of the most respected theatre/training companies in the DC region, as well as one of the nation's most influential professional theatres for young audiences.

He will next direct We Will Not Be Silent, opening in October, which will be the last production he directs during his tenure as artistic director.
