Singer/writer/producer Casey Crescenzo, guitarist Erick Serna, drummer Nick Crescenzo and guitarist/keyboardist Josh Rheault are the four men who make up the band The Dear Hunter. Originally starting out as a side project, this progressive rock band has acquired a large and significantly growing fan base. Currently unsigned, The Dear Hunter has released two full length albums on Triple Crown Records over the past four years.
Announcing their first US headlining tour beginning in early June, the band will be going to 30 different cities "kicking-off" in California and reaching the East Coast by late July. This tour will be showcasing the nine-EP collection, "The Color Spectrum", which is expected to be released June 14. A preview, found on the bands official website, shows the unique styling of the band and the interesting format of their music.
Aside from O?Brother, who will be traveling with The Dear Hunter for the entirety of the tour, some of the other alternating bands that will be in attendance are Kay Kay & His Weathered Underground, and Wild Orchid Children, to name a few.
