bergenPAC Presents Ed Kowalczyk on November 2nd and the National Acrobats of China on November 10. Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday, June 1st at 11am.

Ed Kowalczyk is set for Friday, November 2nd at 8PM. Tickets are $29, $39, $59. National Acrobats of China will play Sunday, November 10th at 8PM. Tickets are $29, $39, $49.

Ed Kowalczyk: Before embarking on a solo career, Ed was the lead singer for the multi-platinum selling band, LIVE, whose hits, including “Lighting Crashes” and “I Alone,” were staples at rock radio and college dormitories across America in the mid-1990s. Ed built an impressive resume with LIVE that includes eight full-length albums, total CD sales exceeding 20 million, a huge international fan base, and extensive touring all over the world. LIVE has been one of the most successful and enduring alternative rock bands of the 1990s and 2000s. Following his departure from LIVE, Ed recorded a solo album, Alive, which was released in 2010.

National Acrobats of China: More than 40 Acrobats of China showcase dramatic interpretations of classic Chinese dance and physical performance art. The exciting and unique production has beautiful backdrops, state-of-the-art lighting, and beautifully designed costumes. The New Shanghai Circus celebrates the exotic wonders of China with revolving line-up of internationally award winning specialty acts including Diabolo, Aerial Fish Ballet, Pole Climbers, Lions, Dragons, Chair Stack, Adagio, Bicycle, Human Top, Plates Spinning and more.

Known as The John Harms Center for 27 years, this cultural hub in Englewood, has been reborn as Bergen Performing Arts Center or bergenPAC. This 1367- seat theater, currently in its eighth season, is a landmark, and in its seventh season as bergenPAC it remains one of the finest acoustic halls in the United States. The legendary Tony Bennett and Canadian crooner k.d. lang recorded their 2003 Grammy award-winning CD live on bergenPAC’s own stage through a broadband fiber-optic connection with Bennett Studios. bergenPAC is the home of a media production system that is unparalleled, upholding its reputation as a venue for outstanding music, dance and theater.
