The Duluth Playhouse presents for one weekend only MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD by Theresa Rebeck, Leslie Ayvazian, Michele Lowe, Beth Henley, Claire LaZebnik, David Cale, Jessica Goldberg, Lameece Issaq, Lisa Loomer, Luanne Rice and Marco Pennette. The production plays March 17-19, 2016, Thurs-Sat at 7:30pm.

In Celebration of Women's History Month, anyone who is or has a mother, a stepmother, a foster mother, or anything in between will be able to relate to and enjoy this insightful piece.

When entrusting the subject of motherhood to such a dazzling collection of celebrated American writers, what results is a joyous, moving, hilarious, and altogether thrilling theatrical event. Utterly unpredictable, MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD shatters traditional notions about parenthood, unveils its inherent comedy and celebrates the deeply personal truths that span and unite generations.

Directed by Molly O'Neill, MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD will star Cathy Berggren, Michelle Strand-Juntunen, Jennie Ross, and Nathan Payne.

Art in the Alley is back with a special private boutique theatre-goers can browse and shop before each performance from 6:00-7:30pm while also enjoying Happy Hour drink specials and complimentary appetizers provided by Black Woods Catering.
