MIAMI BEACH / PALM BEACH --- Casting announced for the national tour of MAMMA MIA! Laurie Wells (Donna Sheridan,) Carrie Manolakos ( Sophie Sheridan,) Corey Greenan (Sky,) and Sean Allan Krill (Sam Carmichael) lead the cast during the South Florida leg of the national tour playing May 2 – 7 at the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami Beach and May 16 – 21 at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in Palm Beach.

Jackie Gleason Theater performances: February May 2- 7 with show times Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8pm, Sunday evening at 7:30pm and matinees Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets ranging from $20.00 - $65.00 can be purchased in person at the Jackie Gleason Box Office.

Kravis Center performances: May 16 - 21 with show times Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8pm, with matinees Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets ranging from $26.00 - $79.00 can be purchased at the Kravis Center Box Office (561) 832-7469 or (800) 572-8471 or www.kravis.org .

Inspired by the story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs, writer Catherine Johnson's sunny, funny tale of family and friendship unfolds on a Greek island. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings 3 men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago. Songs including "Dancing Queen," "The Winner Takes It All," "Money, Money, Money," and "Take A Chance on Me," are all featured in this feel-good show of fun and laughter.

Leading the cast of 30 is Laurie Wells as Donna Sheridan, the independent single mother whose carefree past catches up with her on the eve of her daughter's wedding. Ms. Wells takes over the lead role directly from the ensemble where she was understudy for all three of the Dynamo roles (Donna, Tanya & Rosie.) Prior to MAMMA MIA! her credits include the 1st National tour of Swing, the Off-broadway productions of Our Sinatra and I Got Merman, the West coast premiere of Twist of Fate at the Tiffany theatre, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Rizzo in Grease, Nancy in Oliver and a stint at the Grand Ol' Opry in Nashville.

Carrie Manolakos will take over the role of Sophie Sheridan, Donna's daughter. Ms Manolakos recently attended NYU's Tisch School and her credits include Regionally and in NYC Tommy (Sally Simpson,) LaChiusa's The Wild Party (Nadine,) To Kill A Mockingbird (Scout,) A Midsummer Night's Dream (Puck,) Wizard of Oz (Dorothy.) Corey Greenan plays her fiancé, Sky. Mr. Greenan has been seen regionally in Under My Apron (MITF, NY,) How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (Old Globe Theatre, San Diego,) Evita (Che,) 42nd Street (Billy Lawlor,) Sweeney Todd (Tobias,) Much Ado About Nothing (Claudio.)

Sean Allan Krill joins the tour as the American Architect Sam Carmichael and one of Sophie's three possible dads. Mr. Krill has been seen regionally in Dessa Rose, The Importance of Being Earnest, Travesties, Henry V, Brigadoon (Jeff Award nomination,) 1776, The Pirates of Penzance, Damn Yankees, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Forever Plaid  (Jeff Award.) Cast recordings: American Girls Revue, American Girls - Circle of Friends.  Most recently he was seen in the first national tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie where he won a Leon Rabin Award and received South Florida's Carbonell Award nomination. 

Lisa Mandel and Laura Ware continue as Donna's best friends and former back-up band, Rosie and Tanya, (respectively) who reunite on the island for Sophie's wedding. Also continuing their roles are Milo Shandel (Bill Austin) and Ian Simpson (Harry Bright) as the other 2 of Sophie's 3 possible dads. The cast also features Tiffani Barbour (Ali,) Karla L. Beard (Lisa,) Robert Pendilla (Pepper,) and Chauncey Jenkins (Eddie.)
