The Davis Musical Theatre Company is holding an emergency casting session for its upcoming production of 'Kiss Me Kate'.

The company is looking for 3 actors for Kiss me Kate (1999 revival version)

Show runs Feb 26-Mar 21, 2010 (Fri & Sat 8:15pm; Sun 2:15pm) at the Davis Musical Theatre Company  in 607 Pena Drive, Davis.

Director/Choreographer-Rand Martin
Musical directors-Steve Isaacson & Kay Hight

1) FrEd Graham - middle-aged, flamboyant stage actor in the swashbuckling mold of Errol Flynn, at one time a matinee idol and now runs his own theatre company, arrogant, self-absorbed but what you see is what you get, also plays Petruchio in "Taming of the Shrew"

2) Bill Calhoun - young hoofer, must move well, a bit naïve, torn between his two loves: gambling and Lois, also plays Lucentio

3) Paul - Fred's dresser and Hattie's counterpart, must move well, youngish, sings "Too Darn Hot"
