Sally Kellerman, the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award nominated actress and singer who created the infamous role of Major Margaret "Hot Lips" O'Holuihan in Robert Altman's classic film, "M*A*SH," will appear as a vocal soloist on Monday, March 15, 2010 in the American Jazz Institute's Live From Vicky's Supper Club Series presentation of "An Evening With Sally Kellerman" at Vicky's of Santa Fe; 45-100 Club Drive; Indian Wells, CA 92210. Kellerman will be accompanied by the Vicky's of Santa Fe Trio, comprised of Alan Goodman, Leader & Drummer; Lawrence Flahive, Piano; and Jeff Stover, Bass.

Tickets for The American Jazz Institute's Live From Vicky's Supper Club's "An Evening With Sally Kellerman" beginning at 5:30 p.m. includes no-host cocktails, followed by a specially planned Prix Fixe Dinner at $65 per person including tax, tip and entertainment. Patrons can choose from the Jazz Supper Club's Three Course Menu which includes: First Course - Appetizer (choice of one): Chilled Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail; Mixed Field Greens with Dried Berries, crumbled bleu cheese and balsamic vinaigrette; or Roasted Red and Golden Beet Salad with crumbled bleu cheese; Second Course - Entrée (choice of one): 8 ounce New Zealand Rack of Lamb; Fresh Salmon broiled with garlic white wine topped with Grilled Shrimp or 8 ounce Petit Filet topped with Grilled Shrimp; all Entrées are served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus; Third Course - Dessert: Cheesecake with Fresh Berries with Coffee/Tea.

Sally Kellerman was born in Long Beach, CA to Edith Baine (nee Vaughn) and John Helm Kellerman. She attended Hollywood High School, where she was "bitten by the acting bug," and continued her studies at Los Angeles City College. She also studied at The Actors Studio in Los Angeles with Jeff Corey and famous classmates, including: Shirley Knight, Jack Nicholson, Robert Towne, Robert Blake, James Colburn and Roger Corman.

The actress has amassed an impressive Résumé of hundreds of memorable feature film, television and theatre credits. She began her television career appearing on "Outer Limits." Other television appearances include roles on the Pilot Episode of "Star Trek" and in episodes of "Kraft Suspense Theatre" and "Bob Hope Presents The Chrysler Theatre." She has starred in "Back To School," opposite Rodney Dangerfield, "Big Blonde" and "Boynton Beach Club." Kellerman's film work includes starring roles in the movies the "Last of The Red Hot Lovers," "Slither," "Foxes" and "A Little Romance." She has been doing voiceover work for over 30 years for clients like Hidden Valley Salad Dressing and Milky Way, and everything in between.

The main source of her passion besides her family and film career is her love of music and singing, which she has been doing since she was a child. Under contract with Verve Records at the age of 18, Kellerman has been blessed with a signature voice and style as well as an uncanny ability to make a song her own.

Her current critically acclaimed CD entitled, "Sally," was just released earlier this year. The Los Angeles Times has hailed Kellerman as "someone who has the full package of skills...required to establish herself as a first-rate jazz and blues-tinged vocalist." She is married to renowned film producer and Renaissance man, Jonathan D. Krane. Kellerman adopted her sister's daughter, Claire, in the late 60's, and then she and Krane adopted twin children at birth, Jack and Hannah, who recently graduated from high school. Kellerman was just recently honored with the Art Gilmore Career Achievement Award presented by the Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters. In addition to currently focusing on her burgeoning singing career, Kellerman is working on a book about her life and many experiences. Kellerman also contributes time and energy to numerous worthy causes including the Hereditary Disease Foundation, Jewish Family Services, AIDS Research and the environment. The American Jazz Institute Presents Live From Vicky's Supper Club Series, now in it's second season, features renowned Jazz vocalists and musicians. Proceeds from the concerts benefit the American Jazz Institute's in-school mentoring program in the Coachella Valley.
