Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant Celebrates New Year's Eve with Signature Menu Tonight

Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, invites guests to celebrate the arrival of 2016 with an exclusive New Year's Eve dining experience tonight, December 31. Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of highly skilled chefs have created an exquisite prix fixe menu featuring savory Cantonese dishes paired with hand-selected wine, making Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant a premier New Year's Eve destination.

Guests can select from a 5.30pm seating priced at $138 and a 6.30pm or 9.30pm seating priced at $168. Each seating will feature a prix fixe menu designed to be shared beginning with an array of small plates including the Supreme dim sum platter, Seared Boston scallops with crispy taro, and Fried soft shell crab with curry leaf and chili. A delicious selection of main entrees will follow, including Baked silver cod, Wok braised Maine lobster, Hakka chicken with Chinese sausage, and Grilled lamb chop with lemongrass. For a delectable finish, guests can choose between a Caramel & chocolate cremeux and a Zesty Lemon Tart.

In addition to the prix fixe menu, wine pairings, carefully selected through a dedicated tasting session by the talented Hakkasan wine team, will also be available for $88 or $188.

The restaurant is now taking reservations for New Year's Eve. Seatings are available at 5.30pm, 6.30pm and 9.30pm. Menus are prix-fixe and not inclusive of tax and gratuities.
