Imagination Players is bringing a Broadway classic to the stage at the KD Studio Theatre.   “Bye Bye Birdie” tells the story of a rock and roll singer who is about to be inducted into the army. His manager plans a farewell party at which the star is to kiss one lucky fan good bye on “The Ed Sullivan Show” before he departs to serve his country.

“This is an American classic that won four Tony Awards for best musical, director, choreography and supporting actor,” said Producer Lynn Ambrose. “It’s a timeless story that will appeal to all age groups,” she added.
