Casa Mañana is excited to bring the Broadway classic Evita to Fort Worth, February 5 - 13 at Casa Mañana Theatre. The production stars Broadway veterans Lauren Kennedy and Kevin Gray. Tickets are on sale now.

Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice's hit Broadway musical brings to life
the dynamic, larger-than-life persona of Eva Peron, wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Peron. The story follows Eva from her young, ambitious beginnings to the enormous wealth and power she gained. Featuring the popular song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina," this moving and inspiring musical is not to be missed.

Casa Mañana's production of Evita stars Kennedy as "Eva Peron" and Gray as "Che." Kennedy was most recently seen in Monty Python's Spamalot on Broadway. Her other Broadway credits include Side Show, Sunset Boulevard and Les Misérables.

Gray is most well-known for being the youngest actor to play the title role in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. His other credits include Jesus Christ Superstar and The King and I on Broadway and the national tours of Disney's The Lion King and Music of the Night.

Casa Mañana's production of Evita is directed and choreographed by Richard Stafford. Stafford directed the Off-Broadway production of Summer '69 and the national tour of Cats. Stafford has choreographed several productions including In My Life and Aspects of Love on Broadway and the national tours of My Fair Lady and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
