Jackie Hoffman to Bring HEBE FOR THE HOLIDAYS to Joe's Pub, 12/20-24

Comedian and Broadway actress Jackie Hoffman's long awaited return to Joe's Pub at The Public has finally arrived. Beginning December 20 - December 24 at 7:30 PM, the Second City alum will present the brand new show Hebe for the Holidays. Tickets are on sale now at www.joespub.com.

In Hebe for the Holidays, Twitter, the Hamptons and America's obsession with guns have entered Jackie's world, and she's not having it one bit.

If you want the perfect antidote to the global conversation of love, embrace the hopelessness and let Jackie Hoffman suck the joy out of your holiday season with an evening of anger and song.

Directed by Michael Schiralli with Musical Direction by Bobby Peaco, Hebe for the Holiday promises topics ranging from what happens to a Jewish, straight woman on a gay cruise during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur and how an unwanted aging actress survives in a New York overtaken by billionaire toddlers.

The Public's wide range of programming includes free Shakespeare in the Park, the bedrock of the Company's dedication to making theater accessible to all, new and experimental stagings at The Public at Astor Place, and a range of artist and audience development initiatives including its Public Forum series, which brings together theater artists and professionals from a variety of disciplines for discussions that shed light on social issues explored in Public productions.
