The fourth season of the acclaimed Monday Nights, New Voices series continues April 14th at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre.

The series, produced by composer Scott Alan, showcases some of today's brightest 'New Voices' in New York.

The April 14th concert will be hosted by Cry-baby's Carly Jibson and will include performances by Shauna Goodgold, Josh Howell, Melissa Lyons, John Myers and Sarah Statler

Jonathan Larson Award Winners, Brian Lowdermilk and Kait Kerrigan, will serve as the evenings special guest composer and lyricist.  Lowdermilk will accompany the performers on songs from their songbook.

The evening will be musically directed by Barbara Anselmi, who will also accompany the New Voices.

Carly Jibson, who is currently starring as Pepper in the new musical 'Cry-Baby' at the Marriot Marquee Theatre, made her Broadway debut in Hairspray as Tracy Turnblad, a role she played on the road in the musical's first national touring company for nearly a year. She was also seen in the world premiere of Crash Nation and starred in the Fringe Festivals Bye, Bye Big Guy in 2007.  Carly can also be heard singing a duet with Hairspray co=star, Jackie Hoffman, on Scott Alan's CD titled,  'Dreaming Wide Awake.'

Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk  made their Off-Broadway debut with their musical Henry and Mudge at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, now on its 4th national tour. Their newest musical The Freshman Experiment is being written online at www.thefreshmanexperiment.com. Other musicals include Wrong Number (NYMF 2005), The Woman Upstairs (NYMF 2004) and the upcoming The Unauthorized Autobiography of Samantha Brown, and Tales from the Bad Years.
