Feinstein's at Loews Regency The Nightclub of New York, welcomes Broadway vocalist, Garland and DramaLogue Award-winning performer, Dean Regan, in "Give My Regards to Broadway" on October 2, 2011 at 8:30pm. Regan's cabaret concert and debut CD of the same name are full of classic songs and new tunes currently lighting up the Great White Way. Regan, who now hails from Los Angeles, worked on the New York stage for ten years. He'll tell unique tales of how he fell permanently in love with Broadway and his adventures behind-the-scenes. Regan is celebrating the recent release of his thirteen-track recording with orchestrations and Musical Direction by Nick Fryman.

"Juicy and jubilant," wrote Talkin' Broadway of the new disc, "you can feel the joy that Dean Regan has running through and relishing his material."

Cabaret Scenes had this to say of Regan's Spring concerts at The Metropolitan Room: "...a Tony-deserving platinum tour-de-force reading is given to the brilliantly performed (and quirkily, but cleverly, included) Gilbert & Sullivan's "I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major General."

Regan's many awards are for weighty roles in Los Angeles Theater Productions of "Company" - for which he won both Garland and DramaLogue honors for his dynamic performance in the role of Bobby - and "Cabaret", which brought him the Garland Award for his role as the iconic Emcee. Regan's performance in "Cabaret" was heralded as "stunning and poignant" by the Los Angeles press. ""When [Dean Regan] makes his entrance, you know you're in for a thrilling ride," wrote The Los Angeles Times. His bewitching voice and comic timing have inspired audiences to dub him both "Romantic Crooner" and "Court Jester of Song." He has been named "Artist of the Year" by Professional Artists for his concert appearances at Performing Arts Centers, Universities, and private and corporate events, among other venues.

"Something special happens in a live concert!" says Dean Regan. "People gather together in a theater and leave their troubles behind. You can't feel that special kind of connection in front of a television or at the movies. That's why people say ‘Live In Concert,' because when you are at a concert, there is Life!"

Dean Regan will be accompanied by Musical Director, Nick Fryman, with Donna Kelly on Drums and Tom Hubbard on Bass.
