Aléna Watters will be making her solo show debut in "Alena Watters: An Evening of Sass and Fabulousness" at the Laurie Beechman Theater, 402 West 42nd Street on Sunday, August 29th at 9:30 PM.

She will share an evening featuring r&b, soul, rock & jazz songs with a side of the unexpected and a heavy helping of heart. Musical Director will be Brian Whitted. $10 Cover plus $15/food/beverage minimum.

Aléna Watters is currently performing on Broadway in The Addams Family (Ancestor), and was in the opening night cast of the current revivAl West Side Story (Anita Standby). She rocked the stage with Bette Midler in a New York concert at the Met and worked on Miss M's Vegas extravaganza, The Showgirl Must Go On.

Off-Broadway showcased her comedic chops in Boobs! The Musical and Newsical. In regional theatre she has been seen in the world premiere of Tommy Tune's Turn Of The Century, numerous productions of Beehive! The 60s Musical, Shout! The Mod Musical. Alena is the youngest recipient of the University of Northern Colorado's 2009 Creative Achievement Award.
