VIDEO: Laura Benanti in BITTER PARTY OF 5, Episode 8

Once Upon a Time in a land called Hollywood, 5 actors came together to shoot a television pilot for NBC starring Roseanne Barr and John Goodman. While awaiting the news of their inevitable pick up, they developed a strong and somewhat unhealthy attachment to each other. The pilot was not picked up (see Episode 1). So with their dreams crushed and no hope, they embraced the only alternative still open to them...a super low budget talk show...on the web. This is that show.

Benanti, who last appeared alongside Andrew Rannells and Megan Hilty in the 2013 Tony Awards telecast, has appeared on Broadway in Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown, In the Next Room (or the vibrator play), Gypsy, The Wedding Singer, Hair, The Violet Hour, Nine, Something Good, Into the Woods, Swing! and The Sound of Music, as well as off-Broadway's Why Torture Is Wrong, and the People Who Love Them, Little Fish, Children of Eden, Time and Again, Wonderful Town and more.
