HBO Sports Wins Five 2014 Sports Emmy Awards; 'HARD KNOCKS' Takes Three

Winners were announced tonight at the 35th Annual Sports Emmy Awards in New York City.

HBO collected five Sports Emmy Awards, tied for second-highest among individual networks.

Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Cincinnati Bengals, in conjunction with NFL Films, took home three awards. The Hard Knocks franchise has earned 11 Sports Emmy Awards since launching in 2001.

24/7 Red Wings/Maple Leafs: Road to the NHL Winter Classic and Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel each captured one award. The "24/7" has now earned 18 total Sports Emmy Awards since launching in 2007, while Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel extends its all-time total to 26 awards.

The 35th Sports Emmy Award winners were revealed May 6, 2014 in New York City at the Frederick P. Rose Hall in the Time Warner Center.
