The last two days we have included a few sports picks in "But, Wait! What's on TV Tonight," so we are going to refrain from picking any college football games today. Instead tonight's But, Wait! What's On TV Tonight picks are going to focus on a finale, a special, a premiere, and DOCTOR WHO (those are always special, right?). And did I mention our picks include Broadway faves Hugh Jackman and Ariana Grande? Well, I did now!

The Scottish highlands officially have a new power couple, with Claire and Jamie finally tying the knot last week. What else could OUTLANDER's inaugural season possibly have in store for the newlyweds? Probably quite a lot, because we're only halfway through the first season. So make sure you tune into the mid-season finale, because these lads and lassies are going on hiatus April 2015.

MUSIC FOR CHANGE: THE GLOBAL CITIZEN FESTIVAL | 9:00-10:00pm | NBC
How often are you going to get to see a concert featuring Jay Z, Alicia Keys, No Doubt, Carrie Underwood, Fun, the Roots, and Tiësto; let alone one hosted by Tony-winner Hugh Jackman? The answer: once, because after tonight, it's likely to never happen again. The primetime special will be a compliation of the entire day of Central Park performances.

DOCTOR WHO | 9:00 PM- 10:00 PM | BBC America
Clara has her life at school and her life in space under control, balancing between her boyfriend and her Time Lord companion. She is juggling her two worlds quite well, that is until Carol Hill welcomes a new caretaker.

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE | 11:30pm-1:00am | NBC
Season 40 of SNL kicks off with Chris Pratt as host and Broadway Baby Ariana Grande as musical guest. With the recent passing of legendary announcer Don Pardo, SNL alum Darrell Hammond will handle the show's iconic introductions.
