Sedona (The Movie), starring Frances Fisher (Titanic), Seth Peterson (Burn Notice), Christopher Atkins (Blue Lagoon), Barry Corbin (Northern Exposure), Lin Shaye (Insidious), and Beth Grant (The Artist), is now available on demand via the "Filmmaker Direct" label created by Distribber, the first company to offer indie filmmakers access to digital retailers for a flat fee while taking no revenue share or rights.

Sedona is now available On Demand through most major cable, satellite and telco content providers. Through its new partnership with Beverly Hills based Brainstorm Media, Distribber guarantees accepted films placement in at least 80% of the estimated 75 million VOD households nationwide.  Consumers who buy films on Filmmaker Direct will know that 100% of profits go directly to the filmmaker, instead of the usual chain of middlemen under the traditional Hollywood distribution model.

Tommy Stovall, the film's writer/director and producer, chose Distribber's service in order to keep all rights to the film and more control over marketing.  Stovall, who turned down an offer from a major studio that included digital rights, said, "The decision was a no-brainer.  It's the only thing right now that makes sense financially, and it's an exciting opportunity."  He is also using Distribber to put the film on all major online VOD, digital download and SVOD outlets.

Sedona, dubbed the world's very first "charming, inspirational, quirky, feel-good, magical, mystical adventure about finding miracles," depicts the profound personal transformations of two stressed-out visitors (Fisher and Peterson) over the course of one life-altering day in beautiful Sedona, AZ.  After delighting a string of sold-out film festival audiences across the country in 2011, culminating with the prestigious Hollywood Film Festival, the film had a successful limited theatrical run in early 2012.
