The evening before the most romantic day of the year, AMC Theatres invites guests to experience the most romantic movie event of 2013. On Wednesday, Feb. 13, AMC presents a Love Story Double Feature, featuring two film adaptations of Nicholas Sparks' best-selling novels.

The Love Story Double Feature begins with Warner Bros.' THE NOTEBOOK at 7:30 p.m., and concludes with a showing of Relativity Media's SAFE HAVEN at 10 p.m. in approximately 30 locations nationwide. For just $15, guests will also receive a collector lanyard and an exclusive AMC commemorative gift.

In theatres nationwide on Valentine's Day Feb. 14, 2013, SAFE HAVEN is directed by Oscar-nominee Lasse Hallström and based on the best-selling novel by Sparks from a screenplay by Dana Stevens and Gage Lansky. The film stars Josh Duhamel (TRANSFORMERS, LIFE AS WE KNOW IT), Julianne Hough (ROCK OF AGES, FOOTLOOSE), Cobie Smulders (THE AVENGERS, How I Met Your Mother) and David Lyons (EAT PRAY LOVE, J.J. Abrams' Revolution), and is an affirming and suspenseful story about a young woman who struggles to find love again after she arrives in a small North Carolina town. SAFE HAVENwas produced by Marty Bowen, Wyck Godfrey, Sparks and Relativity's CEO Ryan Kavanaugh.

"Valentine's Day means different things to different people, and the obvious thing to do for the romantics out there is to provide them the opportunity to see THE NOTEBOOK, one of the most romantic movies of the past decade, on the big screen again before the newest romantic movie offering, SAFE HAVEN," said Sun Dee Larson, vice president of film marketing and communications at AMC.
