Elephant Theatre Company Artistic Director David Fofi directs James McClure's American classic bender Lone Star starring Christopher Jordan, Christopher Parker and Brian Foyster. In Lone Star brothers Roy and Ray take a drunken stumble down a memory lane littered with cars, stars, women and bars. Roy, a brawny Vietnam vet many years removed from the war, still can't find his place, so he spends his nights behind Angel's bar trying to get back to a place in his mind. Previews are April 12th and 13th at 8 pm. The show opens April 14th and runs through May 7th. Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 6pm at Zephyr on Melrose (7456 Melrose Ave. LA, 90046). David Fofi (Director) After serving with the US Navy, director David Fofi went on to study theatre at California State University Long Beach, where he met a core group of artists who would become the Elephant Theatre Company, founded in 1995 in downtown Los Angeles. In 1999, along with Don Cesario, he created Elephant Stages. Teaming up with Garly blumsack he then opened The Lillian Theater in Hollywood that same year where he has served as Artistic Director.

Dave has enjoyed working in many aspects of the theatre as a Director, Producer, and Designer. His directing credits include: The World Premiere of Unorganized Crime (featuring Chaz Palminteri, Ovation Recommended ). David is a member of The US Veterans Artists Alliance where he also Directs, teaches professional Acting as well as Directing classes, including workshops for returning Veterans and Veterans Acting Professionally.

Christopher Jordan (Roy) LA native Chris Jordan's vibrant career in the arts has included working as a designer for stage and film in addition to acting. A member of The Actors Studio for 25 years, his many performances on LA stages include Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe, The Dresser and Strinberg's The Pelican. He also performed in The Fool at The Met.

Christopher Parker (Ray) acted with Gene Hackman and Ellen Burstin in the movie Twice In A Lifetime, played the creppy caretaker Simms in the movie Abandoned Dead, Steve the father in Inner Demon. He had the pleasure to play Ed Asner's son in a Wonderful Play by David Zimmerman. He played Ralphie along side Amy Madigan and Rebecca D Mornay in the Dabe Rabe play, In The Boom Boom Room, directed by Hedy Sontag and Lee Strasberg. He has done various TV shows, and is a Life member of The Actors Studio and The Will Geer Thearticum Botanicum, where he has had the pleasure to act some of Shakespeare's great Characters under the direction of Ellen Geer, Melora Marshal and Willow Geer. He is a prime player in the improv group Abstracto, helmed by Jeff Michalski.

Brian Foyster (Cletus) LA theater credits include Sidney Bruhl in Deathtrap (LA Weekly Theater Award, Revival Production of the Year), Mr. Delaney in The Lost Plays of Tennessee Williams (LA Weekly Theater Award, One Act Ensemble), and Tom in ?The Glass Menagerie. NY theater: Heavy Breathing with James Gandolfini, Terminal Bar with Francis McDormand and Cherry Jones, and Rasputin directed by Paul Newman. Brian received a BFA in Acting from SUNY Purchase. He is a member of The Actors Studio and serves on it's Board of Directors.

Elephant Stageworks (Set Design) The award winning design wing of Elephant Theatre Company, a collective of artists and designers including Adam Hunter, Joel Daavid, Matt Maenpaa and Matthew Richter. Designs have included Love Sick by Kristina Poe and Idea Man by Kevin King.
