Second City Hollywood is very proud of the diverse work in our community and this particular offering by Writer/Director, Dwayne Colbert, is something special.

When has race relations not been sensitive? Today is the day. Nothing has ever changed without taking the risk to say what needs to be said.

Second City has never shied away from attacking difficult subjects; in fact, we've made a 57 year history of social and political satire to express what's happening in society, and start a conversation.

Afros & Ass Whoopins has been playing to sold out houses since the fall of 2015, and will now be playing on BOTH Friday & Saturday nights at 8pm through August 13th. Please join us for this thoughtful hour of musical comedy theatre, to hear one of the many voices that needs to be heard.
