Dive under the sea with Broadway in Atlanta as it presents the limited, five performance engagement of Disney's The Little Mermaid, a special addition to the 2016/2017 season. For any local college students looking to relive the classic Disney tale, Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta offers a special $25 Student Rush Ticket price for the Atlanta engagement, playing at the Fox Theatre January 12 - 15. College students simply need to bring valid college student identification with them to the Fox Theatre Box Office two hours prior to each scheduled performance. The Student Rush Ticket price will be valid for all performances with a two-ticket limit per student ID. Student Rush Tickets may be purchased with cash or credit card and will apply to any open seat in the house, subject to availability.

In a magical kingdom fathoms below, we meet Ariel, the little mermaid who is tired of flipping her fins and longs to be part of the fascinating world on dry land. Joining her are Sebastian, Ariel's crabby sidekick; Ursula, the evil sea witch; Triton, King of the Sea and the handsome and human Prince Eric. Based on the Disney animated film and hit Broadway musical, Disney's The Little Mermaid is making its Atlanta debut. The show features all of the favorite songs like "Under The Sea" and "Part of Your World" as well as new songs written by Oscar-winning Disney composer Alan Menken, the mastermind behind productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Pocahontas. Lyrics are by Howard Ashman and Glen Staler and book by Doug Wright.

Disney's The Little Mermaid returns to the Fox Theatre for five performances January 12 - 15 as special to the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2016/2017 season. The performance schedule is as follows:

Thursday 7:30 p.m.

Friday 8 p.m.

Saturday 2 p.m., 8 p.m.

Sunday 1 p.m.
