Photo Flash: Ed Schultz, Denyce Graves and Tony Danza Honor Teachers at AFT Conference

Scroll down for a photo from last night's American Federation of Teachers' "Making a Difference" event in which celebrities honored teachers who made a difference in their lives. They spoke before an audience of more than 2,000 educators at the AFT's conference in Washington, D.C.

Now an administrator for Springfield, VT public schools; Tony Danza, actor, taught 10th grade English at Northeast High School and wrote about the experience in his book, I'd Like to Apologize To Every Teacher I've Ever Had: My Year as a Rookie Teacher at Northeast High; and Robert McCartney (moderator for the event), columnist, the Washington Post.
