This year's 10th Anniversary edition of Broadway Backwards (#bwaybackwards), which was held last night at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street), featured some of the most memorable numbers from previous years. Produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefitting BC/EFA and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of New York, the event was hosted by Honeymoon in Vegas star Rob McClure and Julie Halston.

Below, BroadwayWorld brings you photos from behind the scenes of the big night!

Appearing in the one-night-only benefit were Jim Brochu, Tituss Burgess, Charles Busch, Mario Cantone, Len Cariou, Jenn Colella, Robin De Jesús, Harvey Evans, Lena Hall, Shawna Hamic, Ann Harada, Florence Henderson, Aaron Lazar, Telly Leung, Norm Lewis, Maureen McGovern, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Lee Roy Reams, Brian Charles Rooney, Douglas Sills, Jason Michael Snow, Elizabeth Stanley, Micah Stock, Lily Tomlin, LiLlias White and Tony Yazbeck.

Broadway Backwards is the annual celebration where gays and lesbians experience their stories as told through the great songs of musical theatre and performed by their favorite Broadway stars.

Last year's sold-out show raised a record-breaking $423,182 and featured a lineup of 51 performers from Broadway, film and television. Broadway Backwards began as a grassroots concert performed at the Center in 2006. In subsequent years, the event grew quickly, performing Off-Broadway, then on Broadway for the last six years.
