Neil Patrick Harris Earns Spot on Goldstar's Advisory Board

Live entertainment business leader Goldstar announces today the first three members of its  advisory board: former CEO of Ticketmaster Sean Moriarty, actor, producer and director Neil
Patrick Harris, and Internet entrepreneur Matt Coffin.

As a group, the advisory board will contribute expertise to Goldstar in entrepreneurship, live entertainment, technology, social media, marketing, and the management of high growth: 

Matt Coffin is a serial entrepreneur and Internet investor. His investments focus  primarily around online advertising and direct to consumer internet services, including  Buscape (sold - $330M), Demand Media (IPO), Hautelook (sold - $270M) Ad.ly,  Caring.com, Client Radius, Deal Quad, Docstoc, eBureau, EcoMom, FamilyFinds,  GraphEffect, Goldstar, HMRN, Impact Radius, InAdco, Machinima, Mahalo, Rubicon  Project, Shoedazzle, Stance, ThisWeekIn, Unsubscribe.com, and 2tor. He is a co-founder  of FamilyFinds.com, an online daily promotions site exclusively focused on services and  experiences for families and previously was the CEO and Founder of  LowerMyBills.com, which was sold to Experian in 2005 for $380 million. Matt was an  Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner in 2007 and was Southern  California Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.

Neil Patrick Harris is an accomplished actor, director, producer and host. From his film  debut opposite Whoopi Goldberg in Clara's Heart and his role as the title character of  "Doogie Howser, M.D.," to his recent turns in the Harold & Kumar films and his success  on the Broadway stage in such productions as Proof, Cabaret, and Assassins, Harris has  enjoyed a career spanning more than 20 years in the industry. He won Emmy Awards for  his guest-starring role on "Glee" and for hosting the 63rd Annual Tony Awards. Additionally, he hosted and co-produced the 61st Annual Emmy Awards. Harris  currently stars as Barney Stinson in CBS's "How I Met Your Mother," earning multiple  Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominations, as well as a People's Choice Award for  Favorite TV Comedy Actor. Harris will soon make his feature film directorial debut with the tentatively titled romantic comedy, Aaron & Sara. Later this year, Harris will also be  seen on screen in The Smurfs and A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas.

Sean Moriarty is the former president and chief executive officer of Ticketmaster. Prior  to serving as president and CEO, Sean served Ticketmaster in several roles of increasing  responsibility, including chief operating officer and executive vice president of product  and technology. Prior to Ticketmaster, Sean was part of the technology team at  Citysearch, where his roles included executive vice president of technology and vice  president of Internet systems. Sean is a former board member of Points.com, the operator  of the world's leading reward management portal, and iLike, a social music discovery  service with more than 30 million registered users. Sean is currently an entrepreneur in  residence at Mayfield Fund, a venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley. Moriarty  currently sits on several corporate and non-profit boards including Triton Media,  Eventbrite, Freedom Communications, CoachArt and the Pat Tillman Foundation.

As Goldstar's sales and geographical reach continue to grow in 2011, the advisors will play a
crucial role in providing insight and support to management. Goldstar plans to open in several
more U.S. territories this year, covering nearly all major U.S. markets by year's end. Goldstar
will also announce major innovations to its service and speedier customer acquisition programs.
In this high-growth period for Goldstar, the support of the advisory board will be invaluable.
