Colm Wilkinson to Perform on Jerry Lewis Telethon and in Toronto on October 28th

Wilkinson will appear on the Jerry Lewis Telethon on Sunday, September 4th between 11pm and 12am, and then in a solo concert on Friday, October 28th at 8pm at the Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto. Tickets for the October concert are available online at the Roy Thompson Hall web site, and by phone at 416-872-4255. They range from $79.50 - $49.50.

Wilkinson originated the role of Jean Valjean in both the London and Broadway productions of Les Miserables, and also created the role of the Phantom in the Sydmonton workshop of The Phantom of the Opera; he would star in the show in Toronto for four and a half years, and won two Dora Mavor Moore Awards for his performances in the two roles.  A concert and recording artist, he sang the title role(s) in the Highlight album of Frank Wildhorn's Jekyll and Hyde and the many albums on which he has sung include his solos Stage Heroes and Some of My Best Friends Are Songs.
