This month, Broadway's record-breaking, six-time Tony Award-winning musical smash CHICAGO is pleased to welcome back two of its most celebrated veterans.
First, on Thursday, February 24,
Raymond Bokhour returns as Roxie's all-but-invisible husband, Amos Hart. 2011 marks Bokhour's ten-year anniversary as Amos -- a role with which he made his Broadway debut in 2001 and also earned a Helen Hayes Award nomination. (
Robert Creighton concluded his run as Amos Hart on Tuesday, Feburary 22.)
Then, on Monday, February 28,
Roz Ryan returns as Cook County's tough-as-nails prison warden, Matron "Mama" Morton. Ms. Ryan, best known for her role as Amelia Hetebrink in the NBC series "Amen," has been a longtime CHICAGO fixture, having played "Mama" on Broadway and on numerous national and international tours since the late '90s. She can currently be seen on the big screen in the feature film Waiting for Forever. (
LaVon Fisher-Wilson concludes her run as Matron "Mama" Morton on Sunday, February 27.)

CHICAGO now plays on Broadway at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.). The regular performance schedule is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 8 p.m.
Saturdays at 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Sundays at 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
SCHEDULE EXCEPTIONS: Please note that there will be special added holiday-week performances on Wednesday, April 20 at 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
