Angela Robinson and Kenita Miller will appear on Trent Armand Kendall's BROADWAY DOWNLOAD radio show tomorrow, August 31.

BROADWAY DOWNLOAD is a live, weekly digital radio broadcast, Wednesdays 5:00-5:55 PM, City World Radio Network. Trent Armand Kendall serves as host /producer with Richard E. Robinson, a native of Jacksonville, Fl.. The tall and sultry actress is best-known as The Ice Queen 'Veronica Harrington' of Tyler Perry's "The Haves and The Have Nots." For her work as Veronica she is the 2015 recipient of the Gracie Award (Best Female Actress - One to Watch).

Angela has worked on Broadway, off Broadway and on stages throughout the US and abroad. Broadway productions include "The Color Purple" with Fantasia, "Wonderful Town," "Bells Are Ringing," and "Play On!." Off-Broadway productions: "Radiant Baby," "Call the Children Home," and City Center's ENCORES! She has participated in National Tours of "The Color Purple," "Dreamgirls," and "The Wizard of Oz" with Eartha Kitt. Other television/film credits include "Law & Order: SVU," "Another Bed" and several regional and national commercials.

She is the Winner of an Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) award for her work as Shug Avery in The Color Purple, Angela has been nominated twice for a Black Theatre Alliance Award (The Color Purple, Dreamgirls), and for an Audelco Award (Radiant Baby).

Angela is a proud member of the Grammy Nominated Broadway Inspirational Voices.

Early in her career she had the honor of traveling with the USO/DOD, entertaining our Military troops in the Mediterranean, Central American and the Far East.

In 2008, Angela and her husband Scott founded the WhiteRobin Group. A consulting firm for aspiring and seasoned artists. Providing training, inspiration and direction via acting workshops, private acting coaching, blogs and mentorship programs.

She is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (BA) and The William Esper Acting Studio where she studied with master teacher William Esper. She is a proud member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA. Angela currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, Scott Whitehurst.

Broadway's Kentia R. Miller is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Her star rose when she took over the starring role of 'Celie' in the original Broadway production of "The Color Purple." The pint sized dynimite is known for her ability to express deep emotions in her character portrayals.

Her riveting portrayal of 'Zora' in "Lanston in Harlem earned her a Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical, along with her Drama Desk Award Outstanding Ensemble win for "Working: A Musical."

Kendall is a mid-westerner (B.A., University of Missouri-Columbia) who studies Radio, TV, and Theater. He graduated and emerged as a Broadway actor, writer/producer and recording artist who has also toured nationally and starred on London's West End. In College, Kendall briefly enjoyed hosting his own weekly jazz radio show. City World Radio Network, "broadcasting from the city to the world,' is a return to an early love.
