The TexARTS Professional Series wraps up the summer with The Great American Trailer Park Musical, a country-rock and blues musical about agoraphobia, '80s nostalgia, hysterical pregnancy, kleptomania, strippers, flan, and disco.

With music and lyrics by David Nehls, and book by the comedy writer and performer Betsy Kelso, this good-natured spoof of love and life in Florida's Armadillo Acres trailer park is sure to give you a double-wide belly-laugh! WARNING: This musical contains tacky outfits, bad wigs, crude language, adultery, road kill, electrocution and spray cheese.

The cast features Boni Hester, Julie Foster, Jarret Mallon, Cara Statham Serber, Alyssa Malgeri, Zach Thompson and Emily Villarreal.

The same dynamic duo that brought you TexARTS' The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas is back! Sarah Gay directs the show with Susan Finnigan as music director. Joining them will be Hannah Arguelles as choreographer. The creative team includes Kevin Squires (scenic design), Rachel Atkinson (light design), Andrew Twenter (sound design), Benjamin Taylor Ridgway (costume design) and Mary Cox (stage manager).
