The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra opens its 2025/26 season with a powerful performance of Orff's Carmina Burana, featuring the Portland Symphonic Choir under the direction of Maestro Salvador Brotons. Soprano Abigail Krawson, tenor Sam Faustine, and baritone Zachary Lenox will join the orchestra for this iconic work, alongside orchestral interludes from Mascagni's operas. The concert will take place on September 27 and 28 at Skyview Concert Hall. This event marks a celebration of the Portland Symphonic Choir's 80th season and Brotons' 35th season with the VSO.
