When a polished young man sent by her New York publisher arrives at her door, he appears to have one purpose: to persuade Patricia to write the final instalment of her best-selling Ripley series. The last outing for fiction’s most seductive and charming manipulator – Tom Ripley.

Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds became an NPO (National Portfolio Organisation) in 2023 supported by Arts Council England and is a registered charity (charity number 242977).
Designed by William Wilkins, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds is considered to be one of the cultural sector’s crown jewels and is the only theatre in the National Trust’s portfolio. Its building is owned by the Greene King brewery, leased by the brewery to the National Trust, which in turn leases the theatre to Bury St Edmunds Theatre Management Ltd to run it as a working theatre.
