People experience this session in different ways. Some move gently, some sit or lie down, and many alternate between movement and stillness. There is no right way to participate — you’re invited to listen to your body throughout.


No guidance or choreography is given — the music leads, and you choose how to engage.

This session coincides with the full moon, a natural moment of pause and reflection — you’re welcome to take meaning from that in your own way.

Time: 5:00-6:30 pm

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.

Late entry may not be possible once the journey begins.
